    Claude Troisgos is the best chef in Rio. Happy we discovered Olympe years ago, and going there every week since then. The CT Boucherie is a nice add-on for a nice lunch or informal moment. We missed the European kitchen when arriving in Rio. Good food is hard to find here. Luckily more & more quality restaurants are opening, offering an international range of dishes. Happy you enjoyed it, make sure to try out Olympe.

    Agreed that CT is a nice addition to the Rio restaurant scene which still has a very long way to go. Claude Troisgros is perhaps the best French chef in Rio but he would be a non-entity competing in Paris, New York, Barcelona or London, to name just a few places. We ate at Bistro 66 recently and found the food to be decent but boring and lacking creativity....and like many Rio establishment poor value for money. I hope some serious competition starts flowing in the next few years- which I definitely expect to happen.....
