    Congratulations to Canadoca! Now she can travel to developed world holding a Canadian passport (which is better) and to developing world holding a Brazilian passport (which is better)lol
    After 5 years living in Brazil are you and your husband able to apply for Brazilian citizenship as well?

    Jonas - Thanks! Yes she is lucky, she can sometimes avoid having to get Visa's or pay reciprocal fees, that sort of thing. We have applied for permanent residency based on having a Brazilian daughter. Not sure what you have to do to apply for citizenship, that's a good question...

    Rob - I have! It was circulating like mad during the Olympics.
