I too love this add campaign, very clever and relevant! That said, last night we walked down to baixo Leblon to partake in the festivities on Dias Ferreira and entering on that street where Hortifruti is, encountered at least 20 different men doing there xixi business on trees, cars and the sidewalk. Today in baixo I smelled that same lovely Carnaval smell. But I did see many people using the porta-potties yesterday, mostly ladies. I read in the paper today that two women were detained for public urination yesterday in Santa Teresa, along with several men too. That's a first! Anyhow, the blocos in Leblon yesterday (Azeitona and Isabela Capeto) were fantastic. It is so nice to see so many people out having a good time, I didn't see one argument or fight...thousands of people, lots of alcohol, etc., but quite civilized.

    oops, their.

hehe I do not like Carnaval lol
I think Rio (and most of Brazil) become so overcrowded and more unorganized than it is already lol (yeah I am Brazilian)
What I hate the most is that during this time in Brazil if you do not like Carnaval you will be "held hostage" till the end of it. lol

Plus, too much alcohol, which means many drunk people lol

Do you have a post about alcohol/smoking in Brazil? I think it would be interesting to know what you think...
